Per our communication over the last 12 months, customers with older SkyCaddie models without Wi-Fi or Bluetooth capabilities, Caddie Sync Express may no longer be compatible with your device.

Power on your SkyCaddie, connect it to the computer using the USB cable, and click on the "Sync Now" button below.

HOW MAY WE HELP YOU TODAY?

Close other apps you're not using. To do this, double-tap the Home button, then swipe up on the apps you want to close.

Turn off Background App Refresh for non-essential apps. Some apps, particularly social media ones, can consume significant battery life even when not in use. To minimize this, go to Settings > General > Background App Refresh and disable it for non-essential apps.

Reduce screen brightness and enable Auto-Lock. A brighter screen drains the battery more quickly, and leaving the screen on in your pocket can deplete the battery rapidly. To adjust these settings, go to Settings > Display & Brightness and Settings > General > Auto-Lock.

Avoid using other apps during your round. Texting/emailing while SkyCaddie Mobile is running amplifies battery consumption.

ANDROID

Close other apps you're not using. To do this, tap the back arrow to exit the app, then swipe up to close it.

Turn off background app refresh for non-critical apps. Some apps (particularly social media apps) can use a lot of battery life even when you’re not looking at them.

Most modern Android smartphones come with a gyroscope (gyro) sensor, Magnetometer & Accelerometer which is used for detecting rotation and orientation.

Please check your device via a google search for that information for your own model.

How Do I Start A Round?

Starting A Round:
Verify that all your SuperTags are calibrated and ready to use from Main Menu
Blinking green icons indicate your tags are awake and ready to use.
Grey icons mean that your tags need to be take out of your bag to wake up

• Must have a clear view of the sky
• Choose Play Golf or Practice
• Select the Course
• Set Round Options
• Set Pins (for accurate distance to front, pin and back of the green)
You can check the scorecard periodically to edit items like putts

Once you hit your shot, you will see:
Club used
Recorded position
Miles per hour

Tips: SuperTags record your swing/ SkyCaddie records your location. (keep SkyCaddie close by
To get the most out of the GameTrax 360, use the target cursor to plan your shots.
This updates your distances and helps you make more informed decisions on the course

SkyGolf has over 36,000 ground mapped courses in our library so it is likely your course is already available. Please search our course database to verify your course is available and if it's not let us know as we are constantly adding new courses.

Q. What is Non Conforming?

A. When your SkyCaddie has a non conforming setting turned ON, a red (NC) icon shows at the top of the screen.

This indicates that your device is currently in a mode that may not be allowed in competitive play.

What memberships are compatible with GameTraX?

Do I need a membership to use SuperTag Sensors? Yes, see our memberships here. If you already have a minimum of a SkyGolf 360 Birdie membership, then access to SwingTraX Practice is already included. If you wish to track your round on course, you will need to upgrade to the SkyGolf 360 Pro X plan.
