Although this is a real estate course, I never felt like the houses intruded on the golf. A fair amount of cross hazards and fairway bunkers require one to know where to hit and where to avoid. A course that probably requires several times before one is totally comfortable.
Maintenance is very good. Nice practice area.

Great course. Pro Shop packs the course. Starter does his best, but have waited on most holes the past 3 times I have played there. This course will move down the list for me.
