A nice layout (ton of water), very nice clubhouse, but the course maintenance was pretty bad and evidence that times are tough financially for this course. The 2nd and 3rd greens were in horrible condition, some tee boxes were beat up and overgrown (11th hole esp), and some fairways had many bare spots (9th hole). Not worth $52.
