This course just happens to be the closest one to where I live. The overall look of the course is not bad, plenty of big oak trees, and abundant wildlife. However, the terrain leaves something to be desired. Its very patchy with many bald spots, and very little true golf course grass. I've personally hit several balls straight down the fairway and watched them land, and never found them. Almost like they disappeared. The greens are starting to look better, they're running a little smoother than they used to. If you're looking for a challenging golf course with rolling terrain, this is not for you. In fact, I've never seen a flatter piece of land. But given its fairly reasonable green fees, its not a bad weekday golf course. The rate of play can get kind of slow, due mainly to the lack of tee times and lack of marshalls, but for twenty bucks I guess its to be expected. So good luck!!
Oh, and if you find any of my balls out there you can keep em.
