Terrible. They need to fire the greens-keeper. 14 of the 18 greens had no grass on them. just dirt and dried mud. The greens that actually had grass hadn't been mowed, much less rolled. The fairways are all bare or if they do have grass, it's full of fungus. Ironically, the one place I found grass growing was in the bunkers. Weeds everywhere, dried, cracked earth.
When I asked about the conditions, they said it was a harsh winter. But 5 miles away, other courses are looking beautiful. It's not the weather. This place reeks of poor management.
Do NOT waste your time or money until they can turn it back into a golf course.

Excellent condition. A challenging course. Best price in the Colorado Springs area.

Fun/long course. Great staff. Needs a lot of help from Mother Nature right now.

Always like to play this course it offers a variety of hole styles and requires accuracy of the tee. It always seems to be good value and the pace of play as comfortable. Not rushing or long waits.

This course is a complete disaster. It is awful and the staff that runs it should be ashamed of themselves for taking peoples money.

i have never seen a golf course in such bad shape! the course was 85% dead and the guys in the pro shop said it was dormant. I'm a landscaper and i KNOW its not "dormant". its so dead that you cant tell what is sand bunker and whats fairway by the color. absolutely awful golf course. first time played last time played
