Very very slow pace of play. Too crowded. Greens are in bad shape. Noisy, since it is close to LAX. Safety issues, what with narrow fairways and balls flying like bullets from adjoining tee boxes.

Not a bad executive course. Shorter than regulation. Fairly good condition. Slower pace of play than optimal. Location is unfortunate near LAX and nothing to see really.
