This course is situated about 750 feet above the Fraser Valley floor and features a fair amount of sand and several water holes, most prominently at 15, 16, and 17. Meanwhile, the 4th hole features an elevation drop of more than 100 feet from tee to green. In their 2003 golf preview, National Post described this course as one of their "Top Ten Hidden Treasures in Canada."

The peak-season rate with cart is C$45; a C$35 twilight rate begins at 1:00 p.m. Multiple-play packages are also available.
