Course was recently purchased after not being maintained for a long time. Fairways/rough are in reasonable shape but greens need a lot of work. We played when the course was saturated after many days of rain and there was still LOTS of water and obviously it was cart path only. I really like the course layout and look forward to returning when it dries out. Staff was very friendly. Correct phone number for the course is: 252-232-9901

Annual membership is extremely reasonable! Fairway and rough are in very good shape; greens are average with a few rough spots.
