The facilities are excellent and staff really helpful. Long grass on the fairways explains the marking down as getting to the back of the ball is compromised at the moment. Hope and expect this will improve, at which time I’ll update the comment.

Good layout for all levels of golfer, good shots are rewarded. large quick greens make god putting a premium.

Played 3 rounds on consecutive days during our annual golf weekend away. Greens were in good condition and course was a joy to play - 2nd 9 certainly more challenging than the front nine, but they were still good enough. Generally flat, with a few climbs on the back 9. Would certainly play again.

Played the course in November 2012, very plain front nine holes but the back nine more than made up for it.
Worth playing if only for the back nine.
The clubhouse served the most expensive bacon sandwich I have ever eaten.

Good course - back 9 hard, but saying that some excellent holes (15th and 17th)

De Vere membership makes this a good value course. THe front nine is good but the back nine is excellent.

The greens are not the best but this is because they course doesn't use winter greens. Hopefully they'll be better in a month.

Gentle front 9 to lull you before the back and more picturesque 9 bites. Greens a little tired when I played.
