Not an easy course. There is a good mix of narrow and wide fairways, plenty of water and bunkers. Greens are true and reasonably quick. Practice facilities excellent as well as clubhouse. Playing with a member makes this very reasonable for the UAE.

Plays much longer and tougher than it seems. No real grass rough; all the "sand rough" puts a premium on accuracy. Similar in style to Arabian Ranches. Note: greens had been recently cored and sanded, which obviously influenced putting and most likely this review.
