This Stanley Thompson design opened as "Lobstick Golf Course" in 1935, making it one of the oldest golf courses in western Canada. According to native legend, the tassle-top lobstick tree, created by lopping off a series of branches below the top, was used as a navigational marker.

The standard walking rates are C$55; carts are C$40. Sliding twilight and junior rates are available, as are memberships.

The course is located just off the east shore of Waskesiu Lake in Saskatchewan's Prince Albert National Park.
