Barnsley is without doubt one of the best municipal Golf Courses in the area, it’s greens are as good if not better than most private courses. There have been numerous changes over the last few years to the course for the better, (although a couple of the tees need some work) and taking into consideration that you would be paying less that half what you would at a private courses it is fantastic value.
