The course conditions are always good from tee to green. The course is short to medium in length, the rough is long. Water hazards come into play on 6 of the nine holes. When the course is busy the pace of play is extremely slow. Luckily I primarily play midweek. They have a lot of leagues midweek so call for tee times if you are thinking of walking on.
