The traditionalist architect Tom Doak designed this very attractive and critically acclaimed "destination course," which is located amid the wildly tumbling terrain of extreme northeastern Colorado. As with Sand Hills in Mullen, Nebraska, this course offers the strong flavor of Scottish and Irish seaside dunes/links courses, minus the sea.

Despite the remote location, this is a private club, although they occasionally welcome non-members on a very limited stay-and-play basis, with advance booking.
