This course opened in 1905, but underwent some redesign by architect Dave Thomas and longtime English golf figure Peter Alliss.

Visitors are welcome; the walking rates are £28/round and £35/day on weekdays, then £36/round on weekends. Societies are also welcome with advance arrangement. Memberships are also available.
