Two courses are at the LPGA's signature facility in Daytona Beach.

Rees Jones designed the Champions Course (1994) specifically to host LPGA events. The design is advertised as "Scottish-style links," but this Florida-style parkland course features many fairways lined with pine and deciduous trees, several marsh areas, and various lakes and water hazards around the sculpted mounds and greens.

Arthur Hills designed the similarly-flavored Legends Course, which opened in 1998 and includes some rather narrow, tree-lined fairways, placing a premium on shot-control and course management. The Legends was also designed to be a bit more fair and accommodating of higher-handicap players, including women, juniors, and seniors.

A very large and up-to-date practice facility is also available here, as are memberships. Curiously, for a facility designed to showcase women's golf events, only the front two sets of tees on both courses have USGA slope-and-ratings data for women.

Well maintained and very professional staff. Very helpful. Great greens and fairways. Layout is challenging but ample landing area off tee box. I will play again.

Played Jones course, well maintained, greens in a great shape. From the tee easy, to and on the green challenging. It is a fun course even with a bad game.

Greens didn't roll that well, a bit slow and bumpy. Rough is a challenge, but overall I'd go back and play again.

I've played both courses and both are excellent.

GREAT course, particularly for price. Legends is set in woods with little to no houses; just trees and lakes. Beautiful, interesting and challenging layout. Only negatives were deep roughs (but I guess we shouldn't go there anyway) and fairways were a bit wet.

35 bucks if you are a Volusia County resident! Great deal...really wet from rain but still in good shape!

Stay out of the rough it is nasty to get out of.

Perfer the Legends over Champions. Legends has, for me, a better design and hardly ever see a house. Both are well maintained and a pleasure to play.
Seems that wind blows harder on Champions.
