Supposed to be the top and most expensive course in Malaysia - used to be very exclusive but now open to play (signed in by Members). Made famous by Tiger Wood playing here at the 45th World Cup Golf in 1999.
Going to host the first PGA invitational event here in October 2010 so some upgrading work ongoing.
Not really a very long course from the Blue Tees - more challenging from Gold.
Extensive facilities at the Clubhouse include an exclusive carpeted function room known as the Kelikir Function Room, an elegant and hi-tech boardroom as the Timah Conference Room, the open-air restaurant as the Palong Golfer Terrace, members’ lounge as the Dulang Lounge, a herbal parlour serving food and Chinese soups, personalised lockers, lobby lounge, buffet bar, bar terrace, dining rooms, spa, indoor swimming pool, pro-shop, Japanese garden terrace, dressing room, rooms for robes, a VIP waiting room and two Presidential Suites.
