Course is in pretty amazing shape and a good deal. It is pretty wide open, but still has some challenging holes. Only real downfall is that it has been very busy both times I played it and they still let people walk regardless of day or time. You can still finish a round in under 4hrs, but feel like you are waiting on every shot for the group in front of you.
