Bunkers - no rakes or rakes that were broken and did not work, sand was of different types in all and other golfers made no effort to clean up after themselves.
Tee-boxes - uneven and divot filled overall bad shape.
Greens - Not bad, not consistent through out.
Fairways were fine. The course other than that could be a great little place to play, could be a real gem if the club decided to make it that way. Not a $70 course by any means, $50 at most, shame really.
