I started later in the morning than usual due to an appt (not in my usual group), so the weather was warmer--77° with a breeze of 16 mph, gusts to 20 mph. I was using the day as a practice round because I wanted to work on my iron play, which has been creating great angst for me. I opted to play the white tees in an effort to have more iron shots to hit. To make a long story short(er), I was able to hit a lot of irons, some good and some bad (as expected). In retrospect I believe that I was not staying with the shot quite long enough which has been causing the flairs right. The classroom was brutal, but it was what it was. I had to deal with the hand I was dealt. All in all, it was a pretty good day. Good feedback was received and logged. Now I get a couple of days to recuperate and then I'm back at it on Sunday. I loved it!
