Started at 68°, slightly humid and a 7 mph breeze. I very much enjoyed my round this morning (I played by myself--no drama, no unnecessary conversations, and no one asking for pointers, just me and my game. Heaven! As you know, I've had a few issues with my swing (irons) but today I became, for some unknown reason, very aware that I needed to rotate my left shoulder under my chin and to keep my arms quiet. This resulted in the cleanest contact and ball flight that I've had recently. In fact, I became one club stronger and my direction was much better. D-u-u-h!!! I'm absolutely ecstatic, but now I have to remember this tidbit until Friday! I'm lucky if I can remember my name for that long! :) Any way, it was a good day and it only took me 2-1/2 hrs to play! Great start to a good day.
