Course is always well maintained, greens and fairways are in good shape even for this time of the year. Great course for the money good sand bunkers, doglegs make you plan your shot from the tee box and water hazards to get over.

I really like the layout which though not long can be challenging. Located in the Big Thicket so lots of trees, but nice scenery especially in the fall.

Fairways had some rough patches, but for the most part in great shape! Was a little bothered by the fact they went up on the landowners green fees again! But the twilight fee is still reasonable.
