Tight challenging course in great shape. I'm not sure it's worth $75-80 a round but for the $45 I paid it's a great value. A lot of the tee boxes are in danger of getting hit from the previous hole so you need to be accurate into the greens.

for as bad as a summer we had here in delaware these greens were the best I played all year. overall it was in fantastic condition, too bad I am hearing they are in trouble.Hope they make it course was in great shape.
