Overall a decent value compared to most public options in the area. However, the bunkers were a disaster - so hard the only option was to chip out. Otherwise maintenance was relatively good.

Course has returned to good shape after a couple of years of issues. Greens are excellent, but they keep them a little on the slow side. It seems that because of the issues they had, they are hesitant to cut the grass low, so fairways, tees, and greens are all cut higher than they should be. Overall, still an enjoyable place to play...
